✨ Some of the best photos happen when you least expect them. ✨

When I plan a session with my couples, we always start with a location (or two!) that feels right for them—and yes, I’ll make sure we have a solid plan A and even a rain plan. But once we’re out together, I love leaving space for those spontaneous, unscripted moments that can’t be planned… like this spot we stumbled upon during their session.

It’s those little detours—the “let’s just try this” or “what if we wander over here?”—that often lead to the most memorable, joy-filled photos. Because while I’ll always guide you, I also want you to feel free to just be in the moment together.

Technically still summer, but Boston is already giving us all the cozy fall vibes. Beacon Hill has this magic way of leaning into those warm, rustic tones almost like it’s sneaking fall in early. Plus these streets make the perfect backdrop for a city stroll.

Art inspires art. Sometimes it’s a sculpture tucked into a garden or the way light pours through old windows in a cathedral. Sometimes it’s a quiet painting or a glance between two people.

I’m constantly inspired by the beauty that already exists in the world, both the manmade and the deeply human. Every time I pick up my camera, I’m chasing those little moments where it all comes together: emotion, light, connection, and the kind of artistry that makes a photo feel like more than just a memory.

I love photographing proposals. There’s the moment itself, yes. But then there’s everything that follows. The joy. The laughter. The people you love rushing in to celebrate with you. That ripple of emotion is where the story lives.
