This might be the last photo session in the bed for this little one. My baby turned one a couple of weeks ago, and all she wanted to do was run all over the bed and jump off. 😟 She did finally lay down to play peek-a-boo with me. ❤️ She’s so sweet and silly.

The Forbis family has the coolest family projects: they restore old classic vehicles. Isn’t that awesome! Jake is a mechanic, and they buy, restore, and sell these old vehicles. Not going to lie, I don’t know anything about cars, but I think we can all agree that this 1947 Ford truck is beautiful! I almost asked them if I could drive it!

I could tell that they had put a lot of time, energy, and heart into restoring the Ford. Now on to their next project: a Mercedes!

Ooh la la! My first sunrise portrait session a couple weeks ago and I am in love! The lighting was so dreamy, and this couple! I can’t thank enough for waking up before the crack of dawn to go hiking to this beautiful location. We found tons of these interesting and strangely beautiful “alien plants.”

We also met some new friends. Introducing our new friends: the biggest bumble bees I’ve ever seen, sleeping by the the way (who knew bees slept?), and Bambi! I wish we could have gotten closer to Bambi, but we frightened him off.

Oh gordita, your hair is growing so long and you’re getting so big! Already crawling all over the house trying to keep up with your brother and sister, making big messes, and trying to climb up the stairs.

Children are so precious. They really are the best example to us of genuine and sincere love, the epitome of who our Savior, Jesus Christ was. “A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
