Rooftop HVAC units, exhaust fans, and mechanical assets are difficult: and often unsafe: to verify from ground level. Deferred issues can lead to downtime, tenant complaints, and unexpected capital expenses.
As part of Cape UAV’s 2-week construction mapping sprint, we use enterprise-grade drones and sensors to document rooftop equipment across Cape Coral and SWFL.

Outcome:
Maintenance teams gain clearer priorities, stronger capital-planning data, fewer emergency repairs, and safer facility operations.
When included, thermal observations are screening indicators affected by capture and environmental conditions and do not independently confirm the source or severity of an issue. Advanced radiometric reporting with spot temperatures or area analysis is on-request and scope-dependent, only when explicitly specified in the Statement of Work. Documentation does not replace qualified mechanical/HVAC inspection or engineering evaluation.
