Winning an award for my photography, representing our local conservation lands, is such a huge accomplishment for me. The heart and soul behind my work has always been rooted in showing off God’s creation. The zest I have for life comes from experiencing all the amazing sights nature has to offer and my favorite thing is getting to immortalize the beauty that I see every day. And what better subject than my local county where I was raised and where my children are being raised? This was one (giant) step toward my end goal, which I can’t wait to share with you all in the future. And as always, I owe so much appreciation and thanks to those who have supported my journey over the years. Especially to my children, who have spent hours and miles trekking with me each weekend, exploring new places, and capturing more than just photos.

𝕃𝕖𝕥 𝕞𝕖 𝕣𝕖𝕚𝕟𝕥𝕣𝕠𝕕𝕦𝕔𝕖 𝕞𝕪𝕤𝕖𝕝𝕗… My name is Gabi and I’m the owner and photographer of Gabi Alyse Photography! I wanted to share some fun facts about myself for those new and old here!

1. I’m a mother of three amazing kids who have BUNDLES of energy.

2. I thrive shooting in natural lighting. ☀️

3. I went to .edu and graduated with my BA in Creative Writing and Journalism. After taking a year off to travel, I decided to go back to school and graduated with my AS from in Digital Photography.

4. I worked for a local family magazine for two years as the Staff Writer and Photographer.

5. I’ve had a passion for photography since middle school when I received my first digital camera for Christmas. 📸

6. I am a follower of Christ. My faith is the most important thing to me and I always want my work to honor God! ✝️

7. I’m originally from Pennsylvania, about an hour outside of Philadelphia! I’m also a HUGE Philly sports fan. GO BIRDS! 🦅

8. Indoor rock climbing is one of my favorite hobbies! 🧗🏻‍♀️

9. My favorite type of shoots are engagements. I love capturing the newly-engaged excitement, ring details, and intimacy. 💕

10. I’d love to publish a coffee table book one day full of my travel photography. 🏔️

This maternity session was EXTRA special for me. Lila is our babysitter and she has done SO much for our family over the last year and a half. She fit right into our family and the kids absolutely adore her, which means the absolute world. It was such an honor to be able to take her maternity photos!

🎆 As 2020 comes to a close, I'd like to give a praise report to what God has done for my business this year! When I wrote out my business goals for the year, though they were small, I wasn't sure how possible they were. Then the pandemic hit and I REALLY was worried about how my goals were going to be reached. My biggest plan of action for the year was to use my 6 week maternity leave to focus on solely growing my business and doing photoshoots. Well, a 6 week maternity leave turned into a 6 month maternity leave and lockdown and nothing had gotten done until finally events began to open back up and people began to (safely) gather again. This year looked a lot different than I thought it would but God still came through with the IMMEASURABLY MORE. My goals were to book 1 wedding and 5 paid shoots. It might sound small but they were big goals to stick to for myself. Not only were those goals met, but they were exceeded and I made amazing connections this year that will only bring about more success into my business. You see, even though the year played out a lot differently than I had anticipated, God still came through and taught me again how everything is done according to HIS perfect timing, not my own, and that He is always working behind the scenes even when I can't see it.
As for my 2021 business goals, I simply am doubling my 2020 goals: 2 weddings and 10 paid shoots. I don't want to dwell on the negative aspects of 2020 but instead I want to turn that focus to God to praise Him and give Him the glory of all that He has done and will continue to do.
Thank you to everyone who has supported my business this year and continues to support me. I'm looking forward to what this new year has to bring, meeting new clients, photographing familiar faces, and all other exciting things to come. Here's to a wonderful new year and everyone be safe tonight! ✨

Alyssa just graduated from nursing school this week to become an RN! I want to say congratulations to all of the December grads and a HUGE thank you to those going into the healthcare field and becoming frontline workers. I love photographing seniors because I love celebrating my clients! Graduating, whether it be from high school or college, is such a big accomplishment and y'all deserve to feel proud of yourselves and be celebrated. With more graduations coming up in just a few months, let's book a shoot to commemorate your achievements!

Va va voom! This Burlesque-inspired shoot was totally new for me and these ladies did not disappoint! They had a vision and we made it happen. We got special permission from the White Buffalo Saloon to shoot before they opened and from there the magic was created! What took me most by surprise was I found while I was editing that this infrared look was absolutely stunning on the photos and it pumped them up a WHOLE NOTHA LEVEL. I hope you all enjoy these with as much joy as I had while shooting and editing! Shoots that are just as fun to edit as they were to photograph make this career 1000% worth it.

After a much longer break from my business than I originally intended (thank you, COVID), I am so happy to finally announce that I am BACK and ready to shoot for you! It's not too early to start thinking about a Halloween-themed shoot! Yesterday I shot this amazing witch inspired shoot down by the beach and I am THRILLED with the results! What do you guys think?
