Some sessions are about the location.

This one was about a mom and her daughters.

We spent the evening walking the shoreline, watching the girls laugh together, race the waves, and simply enjoy being with each other. There wasn’t a schedule to keep or a long list of poses to work through—just a beautiful Gulf Coast sunset and a season of life worth remembering.

It’s easy to think we’ll always remember moments like these. But the years have a way of moving faster than we expect.

That’s why I love photographing families. Not just because the beach is beautiful, but because one day these photographs become part of a family’s story.

Looking back through older weddings recently and was reminded how much I love intimate celebrations like this. There is something special about keeping the focus on the people and moments that matter most.

Anna Maria Island will always be one of my favorite places along Florida’s Gulf Coast for a wedding day.

This venue is one of the most unique along the Gulf Coast, with a waterfront ceremony space, historic architecture, and a courtyard reception that overlooks the bay. Everything about the setting allows the day to unfold naturally—from quiet moments getting ready to sunset portraits by the water.
