this Live Local Act can go around our county to continue to build and develop more land! more traffic, more ppl, more water usage, more floods due to no run off! we need help to fight this! it's not just our neighborhood it's yours too!

🏗️ A clash is brewing over housing in Florida.

Sarasota County is pushing back against the state’s Live Local Act, blocking certain large apartment projects — a move that could set up a legal battle with developers. 

County leaders say they’re protecting neighborhoods and local control, while the state law is meant to increase affordable housing by limiting local restrictions.
