Have you ever seen kids this excited to go to the doctor?

Neither had I.

Photographing Dr. Melinda Hierholzer for Lakewood City Lifestyle was a fun assignment. Within a few minutes, it was easy to see why families love her. The kids adore her, the parents trust her, and that made for some pretty genuine moments.

This shoot came with a side of homemade cookies, so you know it was a good one. 🍪

I had the chance to photograph Ericka and Dr. Austin Lyman for Lakewood City Lifestyle’s July issue, and they were truly some of the kindest people. The story is called A Sweet Second Chapter, and after spending time with them, I can see why.

A little behind on posting these, but I’m excited to share that my photography was featured in the Spring issue of edible_sarasota.

I had the chance to photograph Morton’s Market cheesemonger Brooke Johnson and a few Sarasota Farmers Market favorites: beekmanbakes, Circle 6 Tallow, and Pas’s Peanuts. There’s always something special about telling the stories of the people who help make our local food scene so vibrant.
