Just enjoying some time in the majestic red wood forest in Santa Cruz. It is beautiful and magical to be in a forest that is several hundred of years old and is filled with life. There is also a railroad (Roaring Camp Railroad) that runs through the forest to deliver goods in Northern CA. I hope everyone has a wonderful and creative week. 🌲⛰️🌅

Living the slow life in Ben Lomond and Brookdale, California. We also went back and forth to Santa Cruz for after having family day at the Brookdale Lodge. Staying in the redwood forest is like going back 30 years and learning how to live in a small town where regular people hangout at the bar talking to each other. Not many phones in sight, just having a good night out. It was also a shock to pay in cash at the bar instead of tapping my phone/card. I hope everyone has a good rest of the week. ⛰️🌲🌲☕️

So, I wound up finding nature in Spooner's Cove and Morro Bay. Life is much slower the farther north you get in California. It's been a good weekend with family so far and soon I will be on to the next adventure. 🌴☀️🌊⛰️.

So, Alora | Aerialist • Handbalance wanted me to post the photo with her straight handstand legs. Here we are. Doing 10 handstands for the 10 year of handstands on the parallel bars at the Original Muscle Beach in Santa Monica. May everyone have a wonderful weekend and stay cool in this summer heat. 🌴☀️🌊

An amazing, day at the beach on Sunday. Celebrating a decade of handstands on the parallel bars at the Original Muscle Beach. David Soop Frison organized the event and after a bunch of attempts, everyone (10 people in total) nailed their handstands. I hope everyone has a good rest of the week. 🌴🌊🏝🌞

A wonderful sunset to end my day at the beach with Sunday friends and a nice, super El Nino swim in the ocean because it's been so hot.

Or so, I thought 🤔. Anyways, I got home and Santa Monica Police Department were flying across downtown Santa Monica to respond to a shooting at Ocean Ave x Colorado Ave. The victim went to the hospital with a gunshot to the leg.

LAPD and SMPD chased the suspects to a parking structure on 4th street x Broadway.

The suspects were finally detained and taken into custody after two hours of searching. The news helicopter also showed up to my apt to add to the noise and chaos.

Just a crazy weekend in with two shootings (one was an officer involved shooting when a crazy guy tried to charge a SMPD officer with a knife.) Tonight the shooting was the result of an attempted robbery. Make sure to check your surroundings and keep your valuables hidden. Anyways, have a good week everyone. 🌊🚔🌴

Well here is something you don't see everyday. A blacked out helicopter was super close to the Santa Monica Pier doing tourist, or government security maneuvers on Sunday evening. The helicopter flew just above the ocean on the north side of the Pier and disappeared. Then, I was talking to Alec Ploshnick and the helicopter magically appeared again. The helicopter had its fun and flew south towards LAX. The tail number on the helicopter is: N420GC and is registered out of Riverside with a private company.

Sometimes I don't take photos of friends on Sunday. Sometimes friends take photos of me flying on the rings on Sundays. During the crazy FIFA final game and after parties on Sunday, I decided to fly on the rings and enjoy the summer sunshine with friends. We had to start on ring 5 because rings 1-4 are under maintenance due to rust and wear over time. Thank you, Santa Monica Beach Maintenance for fixing the rings. 🤗🌞🌴

250 years of American Independence!! It was a journey to get from Santa Monica after flying on the rings to the Marina Del Rey harbor. I walked up to Main Street to Ocean Park Ave x Main St., to catch a bus to the Venice Sign, and the walked/ran all the way to the Marina. I also kept up with David Soop Frison who was with friends on bikes. I hope everyone had a wonderful time celebrating America's 250th birthday yesterday with friends and family. Happy wonderful birthday America 🇺🇸 🎆🎆🌴. ❤️🤍💙 💥
