To me it’s that fleeting moment. The focus on emotion. The texture. The landscape.

Whenever we choose to edit a photo in black and white , to us it’s to emphasize the timeless quality of what was captured.

When I started photography, I experimented all the time.

Hidden roads, rusty railroad tracks, and abandoned buildings.

It was the curiosity that drove me to seek more. What drove my passion to move to San Francisco 15 years ago. To try new things in college and complete my Bachelor of Fine Art degree in photography.

To leave everything behind and learn in England, a different way of looking at light and surroundings while I did my Master's degree.

I don't ever claim to be a wedding photographer (although I use it for hashtag seo) because I'm truly an artist. When clients put their trust in me, I love to experiment.

Creating art is a passion driven by curiosity. There's no satisfaction, only drive to pursue a deeper understanding of self and humanity and the emotional and tangible complexities within our existence.

Remember to thank yourself for how far you've come on your journey. Many may not see it, but you've come along way. I'm rooting for you :)

How to find the perfect wedding shoes? 👡👡

- Find your dress first. The length, fabric, and pattern will likely influence the style of shoes that compliment your dress best.

-Try on before the wedding. Make sure you can stand and walk in your shoes comfortably at least for an hour at home.

-Think about your venue. This will influence your heel size especially if there is grass or sand involved.

The holidays are wrapping up as we reflect back on our progress this year ✨

After leaving our 9-5 job in the tech space this May after 10 years of working on our photography business on the side, we have dedicated our time to building relationships and education to serve our clients in the best way possible.

We had the privilege of serving as artist for approximately 30 wonderful couples and individuals with our busiest months being June - September.

We got to photograph new destinations including Playa Del Carmen, Tulum, Newcastle, and Edinburgh.

We more than tripled last year's total revenue and almost reached the same amount we were making at our 9-5 in just 6 months.

The top ways we were found was through Instagram, Referrals and Google. It truly makes a difference when you share your photos and tell your friends about us ❤️

We were featured in a TV segment , one of our fine art portraits was featured in a gallery showing, and we got published for the first time in many publications we admire including and

Getting married in Italy? 🇮🇹

Some things to note: If you're looking at venues in Rome, Venice, Amalfi Coast or Lake Como the prices will be elevated compared to say Tuscany or Umbria regions.

In the countryside they may require a full buyout of the venue, so remember to ask if accommodation was included in your final price estimate.

Destination wedding planners book fast so we recommend reaching out to your top choice as soon as possible as they will be key to finding many of your other vendors and will help with any language barriers. We love

Start thinking about transportation. Many destination weddings come with fun-filled itineraries so it's best to start looking for group transportation services to make each day seamless and stress free.

Love is always growing, changing, tested and strengthened.

It’s the first of December (what??) and I am truly grateful for the time and support from my life partner.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Being a business owner isn’t easy. These first 6 months of being full time after doing this for 10+ years have had high highs and moments of insecurity.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Cameron has started to ask me after work how I’m doing physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. It sounds like a lot but honestly it’s helped us put it all out there day after day.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Not every day is perfect but having support matters. Communication matters.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Lastly, protect the romance. Remember to have date nights and tenderly touch each other. We love how portrait sessions can be these beautiful spaces of reconnection and a chance to focus on just being together.
