The first days postpartum are incredibly sacred. While so much of the focus during pregnancy is on birth, the postpartum period deserves just as much thought and preparation. Before baby arrives, consider how you can prep nourishing meals to support your postpartum health and lactation, or who in your community can bring you meals. Think about who your postpartum lifelines are for things like errands, house tasks, or even older sibling care. Putting some loving thought into planning your first days with baby will allow you to prioritize rest, focus on nourishing baby, and recovery after birth. 💕

It feels so bittersweet to share I will no longer be offering in-home studio newborn sessions. However, I will continue to offer in-home lifestyle newborn sessions!
For those of you who have experienced an in-home studio session with and me, you know that we hauled A LOT of equipment to your home 😅. After lots of deep thought and processing, I’ve decided to focus on fully leaning into preparing my studio. I am excited to announce that my newborn and family studio in Santa Cruz is now fully up and running! I’ll be sharing more details with you soon. ♥️
