When I take your family’s photos, it not just about having you on the other side of the camera (although, having quality photos of you with your kids, not just your kids, is something I’m so passionate about!)
I am thinking of things that I know you’ll want to remember that I can capture in your gallery— even if you haven’t thought of them yourself.
Have you ever asked your photographer to capture your kids hands? How often as toddlers do your children reach for your hands, and how much will you miss the exact feeling of that sticky, slimy, booger-y, warm, soft hand in yours?
Thank goodness I’m not out of this stage yet, but older parents tell me, “I never knew those would be the last times she reached for my hand every day” 😭
I always try to get a shot of hands if I can!
