Also such good energy, as we have shifted into the energy of the Fire Horse and Springtime! This recent shoot was with a local personal trainer who specializes in strength training for post-menopausal women for embodied health, vitality, and confidence. Her group sessions are fun and inspiring, and her one on one sessions are focused and deeply supportive!
