One thing I will ALWAYS encourage my couples to do is make room in their wedding day timeline for golden hour & sunset portraits!

Trust me when I say these few minutes are worth sneaking away for. Not only do these often end up being some of the most beautiful images from your wedding day, but they also give you a chance to step away from the noise & just be together.

After a day filled with timelines, emotions, & everyone wanting a piece of your attention, there’s something so special about stealing a quiet moment with your new husband or wife while the sun goes down.

And the best part? Once we’ve captured that magic, you can head back to your reception, grab a drink, & dance the night away! 🥂

📸 MODEL CALL — MEN

Okay… this one is VERY specific. 👀

I have a creative concept in my head and I’m looking for a man with that rugged, old-school American West look.

Think weathered denim, worn leather, cowboy boots, hat pulled low, dust, horses, open country and the kind of face that looks like it has a few stories to tell.

This can be a modern-day cowboy. Tattoos are absolutely okay, and a mustache is preferred.

Not polished.
Not “Instagram cowboy.”
I want authentic, masculine, gritty and timeless.

Ideally looking for someone who is genuinely comfortable around horses and has experience riding. Bonus points if you have vintage Western gear and your own horse.

I’m keeping the full concept under wraps for now because I want the finished images to be a surprise. 👀

We’re almost at the end of the road… 🤎📸

Wedding season is officially winding down, and somehow I’m down to ONE last wedding this month before I close out my 2026 season. 🥹

There’s something bittersweet about reaching the end of another year filled with vows, happy tears, chaotic wedding parties, golden-hour portraits and couples trusting me to document some of the biggest moments of their lives.

But the end of one road means the beginning of another… my 2027 wedding calendar is officially OPEN! 🤍
