Today was the first of many 𝐁𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 5K for the Benevolent Fund at Tuscany Venue.

It was so much fun and the best event I’ve ever been to. Torn because I’d have loved to have been a participant but at the same time, I’ll have these photos to look through for years to come. It was truly an honor and I’m so glad I could be there to be part of it.

Thank you all of the vendors, participants, firefighters, volunteers, and families that were there for making it such an experience. It won’t be long until this is known as THE premier 5K in .

Thank you again to David for another stellar event - despite the temperatures, I think people had fun.

I stuck with the water crossing this year and ended up dropping a camera in the water. It’s fit as a fiddle and is a true race horse. I also tried out my older D800 and D810 but turns out the lenses aren’t up to s***f and photos weren’t ideal. So, not as much photos as I usually produce. A lot of learnings.

Each race teaches me something new so my best advice is keep learning - keep an open mind and keep testing.
