Here’s a break from human content to zebras 🦓

I’m sure when people come to my account, they’re confused. “Does she only do cycling? Does she do portraits? What about weddings?”

Honestly, I love it all. Yes, I do a TON of cycling events with some portraits dabbled in between but that’s not for lack of desire. That’s just where I’m at right now. We go to a lot of cycling events.

I want to do more family portraits, modeling portfolio, portraits in general but everyone is always so busy and Texas is just miserable 10 months out of the year.

I also just enjoy taking pictures of my life and experiences to share it with everyone.

So, no, my social media isn’t always straight forward and that can be bad for branding but honestly? I don’t really mind because being well-rounded is where I keep my passion, curiosity, and love of photography. It’s always something new.

Yesterdays race, the Wire Donkey in Kenney, Texas was perhaps one of the most beautiful and scenic races I’ve been to. After all the rain we’ve had, the wildflowers were in full force and it was magical.

Brett holds one hell of an event and I’m glad we’ve gotten to work together. His family goes all in and they’re an exceptional bunch to be around.

Enjoy the gorgeous Kenney, Tx and while you’re in town, stop by for a DELICIOUS burger 🍔

Today’s photos from the 27th Annual @ Hill Country Challenge at are live on my website!

Glad the rain was just enough to make the course that much more interesting. The property is constantly being updated, improved, changed, and beautifully managed.

A hummingbird even hung out with me for a few seconds while on course so I’d say it was a successful day.

It’s kind of crazy to see how far I’ve come with racing photos — it started as a way to re-introduce myself to photography after a hiatus but now, I’m trying to figure out how to fit them all into my schedule.

I only had my Z7II and over the years learned that it wasn’t an appropriate camera to give me what I needed. So, I upgraded to a new body with using the 7II as my secondary.

I’ve made a ton of investments both financially, emotionally, and strategically into my craft and looking at these two photos side by side of my first event vs my latest, it’s quite a difference.

Thanks to the guidance and inspiration from people like , , and others.

Let’s get after the races this year and push it further! Thanks for giving me the opportunities and support.
