Film definitely had a special place in my heart. My Pop picked up a film camera around 70 years ago and had a talent of noticing. He caught special moments on his camera and captured golden moments that he thought were worth time and film. Now I hope to live up to his legacy that he left in honor of his love for photography.

Photography is an amazing thing. It takes you on adventures and creates experiences. I was looking back at some old photos and rediscovered some beauties. Rediscovering brings back lots of old memories. The picture could hardly capture the beauty of watching the sun dipping below the horizon and the display of colors afterward. Or the sound of the waves rolling in along the Atlantic coast. The smell of my brother's coffee perking on the jet boil and the taste of salt in the air. I won't be able to capture these things all in one picture. But every time I look back on this image it'll take me back to those small little moments which is good enough for me.

Hey there! Welcome to my photography page. Here you'll find a kid who grew up in a small Pacific Northwest town who needs to explore and be in the great outdoors. I discovered my love for photography by watching all the National Geographic documentaries and constantly always taking pictures on my parent's little digital camera as a little girl. Fast forward ten years and now I'm constantly scheming and plotting how to find enough money to buy new camera gear and travel. My photography is mainly landscapes, wildlife, nature, travel, and some portraits. My goal is for myself and my viewers to experience the moment, and to capture beauty. Our world is filled with beauty and it's just waiting to be discovered. Photography is my way of capturing the things I discover and explore on this vast, great, and huge earth. Thank you for supporting and joining me on this little adventure.
