speaking as a mother myself it is truly one of the most life changing experiences bringing a child into this world and watching your whole out look on life change. you wake up one day and now anything and everything you do in life is for your child. you work hard for them. you put on a smile for them even on hard days because they deserve happiness. you cook endless meals because they deserve a full belly. you tuck them in at night with a hug and kiss because you know it’s just what they need. you simply live and breathe for your child.

motherhood is hard, raw, and emotional but holy moly it is so worth it. to love someone so much that it actually makes your body ache is insane.

shout out to all you moms that are doing the most. to the moms that show up even when it’s really hard. to the moms that go the extra mile even when their tank is super empty. shout out to all you moms that are making sure your babies live the best possible life. you are all amazing. 🫶🏼

B + R ❤️

What a freaking weekend. It’s not too often I get extremely emotional during a wedding but these two had me crying. You could feel the love all around from the moment the sun came up to the moment it went down.
Everyone in the whole world deserve to have their happily ever after and a forever kind of love but these two deserve it the most and I can’t believe I got to witness the two of them getting that!

8.28.21 will be a day that I talk about forevaaa.
Here’s to forever Mr and Mrs Hall!

HI FRIENDS 🤟🏽

Recently I have gained new followers recently and figured it was time to share a little bit about me.

My name is Micaela, best know as Mikki. I am the ( maybe ) 5 foot, adventurous, wild, and loving traveling photographer.
I started my business back in 2016 when I lived in Hawaii.
I have been doing photography for 5 years now and recently went 100% full time 🎉

I am overly obsessed with unsweet tea from in and out.
I recently lost alittle over 40lbs.
I am a home body at heart, but when it comes to being creative I love being out side and adventuring.
I married my high school sweet heart and we are about to celebrate 5 years of marriage this December.
I moved from my home town Reno Nevada to Arizona last July and have loved every second of it.

One of my greatest joys in life is being able to look through my camera lens and capture a love that is greater than anything.
There is no definition or agenda for how love should go, love comes in all different forms, beauty, and style.
The best part about what I get to do when working with you is being able to capture what you define and show as love.

I freaking love and adore all of you who have supported me this far in my journey. I can’t believe I am now full time and get to live our my wildest dreams! 🤟🏽

YOU GUYS….

I am officially a FULL TIME PHOTOGRAPHER 🤟🏽

It has taken me 5 years to get to this point and my heart is so full. I no longer work for a company and have an unhappy 9-5. I am 100% my own boss and doing what I love with every fiber in my body.

This has been one of the craziest and scariest leaps of faith but I trust in Gods plan for me and I can not wait to continue doing what makes me so happy everyday without hesitation. 🤍

For 5 years I balanced working for HNR block as a client service specialist, AT&T as a sales rep, and Hobby Lobby as an assistant store manager. During that time I was so un happy. I had to turn clients away and say no to my dreams because I simply didn’t have time but now time is all mine and I can not wait. My creative soul and mind have been dying for this day and it is finally here. Dreams really do come true 🤍

Becoming full time to me means stepping outside of my comfortable zone and putting what makes me happy first. It means that I get to travel all over without having to say “no I’m sorry I can’t because I have another job”. Full time for me means I get to provide for my husband and I finically in a way that actually makes me look forward to what I am doing. Full time for means that trusting Gods plan for me and my dreams was worth every day that I wanted.

I did it, I made my dreams come true ✨

How is it possible to pick a favorite? Like come on now. I can’t possibly not share like all of these amazing photos from Parker and Lauren’s enagement session yesterday. 🔥

Normally it’s me making my clients laugh and let loose but this time it was the other way around. These two had me smiling from cheek to cheek and truly reminded me of how much I love what I do🤍

May can not come fast enough. I am so thankful and beyond excited to watch these two get married and document just how unique and amazing their love story is 🤍

It’s currently 9:17 on a Sunday and all I can think about is how much I love black and white photos and how excited I am for all my weddings this year. We finally made it 2021 and that means I get to work with an amazing amount of couples and my heart is over flowing 🤍
