Happy Monday!!! I thought it would be fun today if I shared some fun facts about myself with you. 😄Buckle up:

1. I’m a tech girlie! 🤓 I’ve always loved learning and earlier this year I started taking courses on software developing and engineering, and I must say, it’s pretty freaking cool! I’ve even started learning really cool ways that it can be beneficial in my business 👩‍💻🙌🏻
2. I love pumping iron to some good ol' hard rock and metal🎸 It's the secret to unlocking that inner beast mode at the gym!
3. I recently turned 32, and let me tell you, I've never felt more fabulous and confident! Age is just a number, right? 💁‍♀️
4. Here's to kicking alcohol to the curb! 🚫🍷 I waved goodbye to alcohol back in 2019,and have never looked back! But don't you worry, party animal genes are still intact! I know how to turn up and have a blast like nobody's business! 🎉
5. Piero and I eloped In Joshua Tree, California back in March of 2020. It is a story that involves pizza AND the Jonas Brothers. If you're curious, I can spill all the delicious details later!

Not sure who needs to hear this but…

Stop comparing yourself to others 🌈

We've all been there! Especially nowadays when it's so easy to log onto social media and be blasted with posts from millions of people. But here's my take: instead of getting caught up in the "why do THEY get to do XYZ?" mentality, let's flip it around. Look at it as proof that if someone else can do it, it means that it's possible 🙌 One person's success does not take away from your own. There's room for all of us to succeed, and when we support each other, it's even better.

Now, here's a little trick for those crummy feelings while scrolling through social media. Take control, my friend. Mute, unfollow, or take a break from those accounts that make you feel down. Use that time to reflect on WHY those feelings come up. Sometimes, it's not about others' success, but our own unresolved stuff. Be gentle with yourself and work through it, seek help if you need it.

Oh, and remember this: everyone's journey is unique. ✨ Stop comparing your beginning to someone else's middle. Embrace your own path and celebrate the successes of others. It's all about progress, not perfection.
