College of San Mateo Photography Department CSM offers an A.A. degree in photography and the curriculum provides a solid foundation for transfer students and for those seeking personal enrichment.

Art 351 satisfies general education requirements for students who are planning to transfer. Through photography our students develop visual literacy. They acquire the ability to observe, discover and interpret the world around them, and prepare for our increasingly visual world.
