Having a family portrait taken on any anniversary is a wonderful thing to do. To have a portrait taken on your 50th is almost a miracle. I have done 3 portraits for this family over the past 41 years. My clients come to me when they when its really important and there are often no second chances. I drove out to Palm Springs to take this portrait at their VRBO a couple of days before my daughter's wedding. I was truly honored to do this. Advertising on Facebook and the internet for that matter is almost worthless... You can have thousands of followers and only 20 views of your images, which is one the reasons I don't do much. Portraiture is an art I have crafted since 1977. I am very intentional about the work I create. It doesn't happen by chance. It takes more than a glance to appreciate the quality and yet it endures in the homes of 1000's of my customers for decades. Go figure...
