My friends wanted to gift a photoshoot to their mom. I think it’s one of the best gifts you can give a mom or grandmother: a session with a family photographer. I knew it would turn moments into memories, but when the day of the shoot finally came, I couldn’t imagine how meaningful of a gift the shoot would be.
Seeing MJ and Jerry relax and enjoy their kids and grandkids was so emotional—countless smiles, laughs, and hugs. I thought: “these people are all here because two beautiful humans fell in love.” A growing family multiplies love, and it’s incredible to see. I’m so glad I could be there to capture it.
I hope one day, I can be surrounded by my grown kids and heaps of grand babies too.

This will never be a business for me. I like to think of it as more of a blessing—something I can offer to others. Having pictures of yourself with your loved ones is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself or someone else, but I also understand that hiring a photographer can be costly for many. With that said, I will be offering two documentary-style family sessions at a “pay what you can” rate. Only two!
