I’ve photographed a lot of caviar over the years. It’s delicious as a seasoning but from the purely visual aesthetic point of view it’s amazing just to look at. All of those tiny reflective surfaces make whatever light source is shining on them into a universe of stars.

It’s always astounding to me beat and complexity a simple piece of produce can contain. As a kid, cabbage I probably counted cabbage as one of the most mundane vegetables and now it and brassicas of all types are propane my favorite.

Always keep a water mister handy as well 😂
