🎉I’m really happy to share that my clients are pending on their new home! My clients and I met last year at an open house. I helped them put an offer in on that house, but unfortunately they did not get that home.

They have specific needs for the property, the main one being a 10,000+ square foot lot to eventually build their custom dream home. This offer took a couple of efforts, but my clients came in strong and were able to close the deal!

Consistency, effort, and a strong strategy can make all the difference! They’ll be able to call this place home very soon!

This trip to Hawaii and specifically Aulani was probably my favorite so far! My travel of choice right now is more ease and convenience, plus add some Disney magic and it’s perfect!

We got to try lots of good food, jump in all the fun pools, waterslides, splash pads and of course the beach.

A sun soaked day by the water is my perfect day. 😌 I just wish I had more of it!

Here’s a few bits from the trip! I’ll probably share more later and I CANNOT WAIT to go back!

A few weeks ago, our amazing client closed on his first home. It always feels really special when you connect with someone who is excited, eager, and most importantly prepared to go shopping for their first home.

Working with first-time buyers is truly one of my favorite parts of this job. There’s something so fun about guiding someone through each step for the very first time—from touring homes, to writing that first offer, to finally getting the keys.
