we’ve been without power since 11:30am and there is no guesstimate of when it will come back on.

i must say has prepared me well for this.

been charging my phone in van.
hot water bottle keeping me warm.
headlamp was easily assessable
i’ve got loads of propane propane travel heater for when it’s colder

i’m grateful for a roof over our heads.

feeling and praying for all of the humans without shelter tonight and every night.

candles everywhere.
gas stove.
beautiful views out every window.
warm dry clothes

sending love to all without dry safe shelters and those being impacted by the storms.

i’ve been “working” with patty for quite a few years now. and i can not say enough about her.

transitioning to supporting individuals in their personal and business life has been such a blessing. i’ve been helping people

i want people to see themselves in new, bold, empowered ways. Larry wanted to mark this time in his life. he’s been growing, learning, stretching himself.

he wanted to merge his love of steam punk fashion with some documentation of the incredible work he’s doing in sf. he’s been saving and repurposing old historical buildings in san francisco. many in the haight/ashburry.

what fun we had. i’m so happy he chose to invest in these very important milestones and memories.

photographing people doing what they love- outside in nature- is one of my favorite things!

craig is an incredibly talented musician. he plays trumpet and keyboards! at the same time! my mind was blown! 🤯 he also is a piano tuner. so many talents.

wanted photos to represent the music he creates. blending nature vibes and music is important to him. and he wanted to mark this time in his life.

never a dull moment with my photo shoots. all the dogs were out to greet us. craig played his trumpet and had lots of people turning their heads!

my photo shoots are a mix of a play date/therapy/and creative collaboration. i love the magic that comes from these sessions.

what fun i had with greg from we did a mini day in the life shoot and had so much fun. greg is updating his website and posting more on IG and needed images to help share his message and to get by the prospective clients. we wanted to show his different sides so clients could know more about him as a person. i am so honored to help support this amazing human. his specialty is working with gay men, not exclusively but this is his niche, who are anxious, stressed out, have had trauma and/or sexual issues, amongst other things. please contact him at if you would like more information about his offerings. he shares a lot of tips and info on his IG and email list. check him out.

so fun working on a construction site! invited me to capture her crew in action. these artisans are beyond talented. and oh so funny. showing the process of a remodel can really help your clients know what to expect and set you apart from other sites that only show pretty finished projects. *

reflecting on all that has transpired in my life and work this year. thank you to for trusting me to capture her amazing crew doing the work they love and take so much pride in. being on the construction site was such a treat. watching the amount of skill mixed with love and care for the project that every one of gina’s crew poured into their job was so inspiring. she is with these projects from start to finish. design, engineer build. i have so many images clients have captured of me working with their kids. this is quite a change of pace. gina wanted to show off her amazing team to market her business on a new way. showing behind the scenes rather than just the finished product. i can’t wait to capture more of their magic.
