Ramiro Gaytan: Ramiro is a professional photographer in a class by himself. He’s an incredibly talented wedding, portrait and event photographer and is well known locally and internationally. He is an accomplished instructor conducting local classes and destination workshops. When Ramiro picks up a camera he envisions, directs his subject and then creates an image that will impact anyone that sees

it. He sees details that others don’t and he knows how to capture a moment, manipulate it, print it and present it for all it’s worth. Ramiro is spontaneous, but meticulous in his approach to photography. Like all great artists, he captures not only what he sees, but what he feels. He has a special gift for capturing the essence of the person he photographs. Ramiro is also a dynamic instructor and his gift for teaching, both beginning and established photographers, consistently motivates them and their passion for photography. He is generous with his knowledge and shares openly with his students. In 2017 Ramiro founded the California Photography Center located in San Dimas, CA. The center provides an environment for learning that begins with a solid foundation in the use and understanding of the camera. It provides a place for students to learn and hone their skills at their own pace.

This past Saturday, I had the honor of photographing the engagement of a dear friend and his future wife. From the very beginning, we talked about their vision and the style they wanted, and together we created something truly special.
We blended a natural, relaxed, and fun vibe with earthy tones for the first part of the session, surrounded by plants and natural light. For part two, we shifted gears into a bold, modern, and fashion-forward look, shooting in industrial areas and city alleys, creating a strong contrast that perfectly reflected their energy and connection.
