Back in the day at high tide we would surf between the spire & the cliff. We called it threading the needle. Thus the name of the break “needle eye”

My land!!! Gotta catch the 7th game of the Stanley Cup Monday as the Edmonton Oilers fight for the right to get the Stanley Cup back across the border!!! Can the Oilers end the Stanley Cup drought in the Great White North? They could become the first team to win the championship since the 1993 Montreal Canadiens. I'll stop short of saying...Pray...;-)
