It’s not a matter of how much you weigh but the angle from which you are being photographed. My chin disappears and my double chin appears in every photo.

This happens when the photo is taken from below. The correct angle is with the camera at eye level or slightly above, jutting your chin forward.

I feel uncomfortable and don’t know how to pose.

Turn your body slightly sideways, at a 45-degree angle to the camera, and turn your face back toward the lens. This creates dimension and slims the silhouette.
