As much as I enjoy seeing this car make a resurgence by joining the incredible .collection, I think it’s important to remind everyone of where this project originated. This P1 HDK was commissioned by and spec’d by the very talented . This car made its Quail debut in 2021 and won the ArtCenter College of Design Award. It was featured a second time at Quail on the O’Gara stage. This car has been around the world including a very spectacular trip to Spain. Seen here at the Lustau Winery and the famed . While I agree with most that this may be the best looking P1 ever created, I just thought it was important to give credit where it is rightfully due.

Recently I got to spend an extended period with this incredible Flying Spur. Very lucky to be entrusted to take things like this out and try and get creative with. If you’ve been following me you know my work is usually highly polished and “perfect” as I can get it. But that’s not the new direction of Bentley. It’s meant to feel real. It’s meant to feel imperfect. Trying to see and shoot outside my comfort zone has made me fall in love with photography again. Thank you to those who are steering this new direction. And thank you to my wonderful friends/models who were kind enough to let me photograph them.
