Running 50 miles is wild… but the community surrounding the runners is so incredible. One of my favorite parts about photographing races is watching the whole everyone come together. Seeing the pacers, aid station crews, the race director, trackers, medical, and all the family and friends support the runners is so heartwarming. They’re very much part of the journey, and it’s amazing to witness how much love and effort goes into helping runners chase the goals they’ve worked so hard for. Thank you, Second Wind Trail Running, for creating such a special and memorable race day and providing support for the runners!
