I just have to gush about this session! I recently had the pleasure of capturing the most heartwarming anniversary session with a couple celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary. When she inquired with me she made it a point to say “ We don’t want to look like Nana and Pop Pop (even though they have 8 grandchildren!) I could feel their love and deep connection and it made my work incredibly easy. I encouraged them to simply be themselves as they frolicked along the beach, resulting in genuine moments of laughter and love. The session was filled with emotional highs as we chatted about how they met and recreated their first dance, a moment they never had, when I turned on the song they would have picked and I captured them dancing in the soft sand. It was truly a magical experience and I cried multiple times LOL (Im a sucker for love stories)..
