It’s time to reintroduce myself.
I’m Nika, the photographer behind Libres Photo.
I photographed my first wedding in 2017. What began as one part of my work gradually became the work I felt most connected to, and in 2024, I chose to devote myself to it fully.
It felt like the right fit because I’m naturally observant: I notice small shifts in energy, the way someone looks across a room, and the moments unfolding at the edges of everything else. At the same time, I’ve always been drawn to strong composition, beautiful spaces, and images with a sense of permanence.
For me, the most meaningful work lives where those two things meet: photos that are visually intentional, but still deeply connected to the people in them.
Every couple brings a different story, perspective, and way of celebrating. Getting to know those details, and translating them into something lasting, is what keeps this work so personal to me.
