I collaborated with The House of Florals, Revivals Thrift Store, and an incredible team of local stylists and talent to create 3 original photoshoots - they all incorporated thrifted props and fashion from Revivals in Palm Springs!! Lee, 2020. I did this shoot with in February 2020, literally right before the pandemic hit. I had just moved into my apartment in ocean beach San Diego, and I wanted to do a photoshoot using the backdrops and textures that were right outside my door - a shipping container storage at the baseball field, and a wood fence that surrounded our parking lot. We also played stylist, and went shopping right before the shoot to find clothing & jewelry to use for the shoot. One of my favorite ways to shoot is meeting a model at a random location and then just using whatever backdrops are available in that neighborhood or on that block. Thanks again Lee for being down for anything!! 📸📸📸

In my 29th year, the last year of my 20s, I have been reflecting on my life and my connection to photography ✨📸 I’ve been trying to remember when I took my first photo, and honestly I have no clue 😅, but these first two images are probably the earliest photos I have of me holding a camera - I was about 5 or 6 years old. 👧🏼

This year, before I turn 30, I’m going to do a deep dive through my archive, and share some of my work I’ve created over the last 2 decades 💾 My archive starts in 2007, when I got my first camera ever - a small silver Fujifilm finepix point and shoot. That’s when I began to take photography seriously - I was 14 years old. I used to take that camera everywhere and documented EVERYTHING, and I mean everything. Same for when I got my first SLR camera in 2010. Now I have piles of digital files to sift through, thanks to teenage Anna 🥲😂😅 But I’m grateful I saved those files all of these years, and now I will find some gems to share with you 💎💕

Groovy Palms, 2023. Can’t stop won’t stop with this new liquid style 🫠 I’ve been experimenting with. I made about 15 different pieces in a day, just pushing and pulling each image with the liquify tool in photoshop, until the image matched what I envisioned in my head 🧠🫧 Experimentation is the name of the game this year 🗓️🌟 Prints available on my Etsy print shop, link in bio!!
