Moms get it in the picture - you won't regret it. I promise. Capture these moments and treasure them! 5 years from now you'll look back on the messy stage and miss it...

YOU are their whole world! It's exhausting. It's messy. But it's also magical to watch them grow, learn, and explore. Mom, you are their rock, you teach them everything and eventually, they will be ready to go out on their own. And when they do, they'll come back to you for comfort, support, a friend, and encouragement.

said it best, "I am not perfect to look at and I am not perfect to love, but I am perfectly their mother."

Pumpkin patch vibes... about as good as it gets with my little gremlins 🤷‍♀️😅 Of course Raegan yacked during the car ride to the pumpkin patch... and Logan refused to sit on a ginormous pumpkin 🎃 which is all I wanted, one picture of him on a pumpkin. We enjoyed the tractor ride. The corn maze - not so much. Too hot pushing a stroller & wearing a mask.

Yesterday while scouting one of the cutest parks San Diego has to offer, I stumbled upon this gorgeous setup. Naturally, the design sparked my curiosity, so I casually chatted with the lovely ladies setting up, Brenda and Marla.

Okay, first, let me put this out there – this is a big deal for me. If you don’t know, I am super introverted and have the most challenging time ‘connecting’ with new people because I’m so anxious, nervous, and awkward. 🤷‍♀️ But this is a skill I am seriously working on so much lately… 😊

Nevertheless, I asked if I could snap a few pictures because I just loved everything I saw. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness planned for a get together of friends. What a way to celebrate friendship. I love this! ♥️

I got to talking with Marla (she’s one of the owners), and interestingly enough, she’s a mom of two, engaged, former makeup artists, and entrepreneur. It was fate we happened to meet. I’m very much looking forward to working with her on some engagement photos and other collaborations in the future. 😀

The Traveling Lounge is such a unique idea and is a new small business, so friends, follow their page and tag a friend who may be interested in booking a romantic picnic in a park or gathering for friends. In my opinion, this would be something so special for surprise engagements or anniversaries.

Trekked a new path this past weekend. Of course, camera at the ready to catch natural moments between the littles ☺ which reminds me, it's tough working with kids (especially your own), but for the most part client's children cooperate 😊 it's okay, breathe momma, we'll get the shot. I understand and can relate to the challenges small people bring (because mine require bribery) 😅🤫🤭

Happiest birthdays 🎂 to my littlest ONE

Little miss wonderful arrived one year ago today after 21.5 hours of labor. 😲 today we tried to make her day extra special with homemade (box) cake 🤫, balloons, decorations, presents, and video calls with family from Texas & PA.

I hope you know that my love for you is deeper than the oceans 🌊, stronger than the waves and brighter than the sun🌞 💟
