We consider our style to be photojournalistic with a modern twist. Our goal in every photo shoot is to tell a story by capturing the events as they unfold in a natural and creative way.

We leave for Sri Lanka in ✌️days guys! All the packing and prepping has us thinking back to our trip to Cuba a couple years ago. This time we’re fortunate to bring the girls (which is awesome and stressful on a whole other front). Photo from Havana, Cuba! We have a something a little extra personal today to share! One year ago this week we bought our home and signed our souls over to the endless list of renovations that awaited us 🤣We’ll we survived (barely I swear), and are excited to share our before and after photos with you!!! Our home is not completely done but we’re so close and being it’s the one year anniversary it felt fitting to share our progress.

For the first 11.5 months our office was in the playroom. Can you even image how terribly distracting that was?! It was challenging, let me tell you. But about 2 weeks ago we finnaallllyyyy set up our new office space and it’s making all my minimalist dreams come true 🎉

Last year we tried our hand at diy'ing a few layflat boards to style our couple wedding invitations. This subtle gray one was one of our favorites last year as it lends well to so many different color profiles. We loved how Natalie + Clint's watercolor invite suite from looked on our styling mat!

We're currently playing around with some new colors and textures for our 2019 couples. Tell me what colors do you think are going to be popular this year?!

As a parent I’m so grateful for this man that changed the world. I can’t imagine a life where this was the reality. I am so thankful that my kids get to grow up in a world where we celebrate our differences.
