Sooo.. I’ve been gatekeeping these for a year now 😅 Honestly these photos meant so much to me, that I really wanted to keep them to myself for a while (also a great excuse as to why I never post anything in a timely manner)

Exactly 1 year ago was my 30th birthday, and 30 days of solo travel across Europe and the UK. There were a few things on my bucket list that needed to be taken care of.
It all started with . I stumbled upon Gabby’s work on TikTok and instantly knew this was something I HAD to experience. And what a fu***ng experience it was 😭 I woke up the morning of my 30th birthday at surrounded by the highland coos and morning mist. I had the best porridge of my life, and smoked venison. It settled really well after my welcome chocolates, champagne and evening bath the night prior. My spontaneous decision to get a haircut my last day in Paris was one of the best decisions I made all month.

We started the shoot, and Gabby immediately immersed me in a story about myself, just in a different universe of sword polishing and yearning out of Victorian era windows. We then conquered Arthurs Seat and I looked over Edinburgh as if the whole kingdom was in my hands. And ended the shoot at castle ruins, because duh. I have never felt in better hands and truly don’t think anyone could have pulled this off for me other than Gabby. Eternally grateful for her talent and the internet bringing us together 🖤

The highland coos kept me company before I cosplayed as someone in an entirely different tax bracket for my birthday dinner. I don’t think I’ll ever have a better scotch old fashioned in my life, and I’m totally okay with that. Some way or another I ended up at a pub crawl all night, because duh. And I definitely totally remember everything!

There’s so much more I could share and say about this trip. And there’s exponentially more I could say about what I’ve learned the past year and who I am now. And I will eventually. But for now I’ll just leave these here as a reminder that cool s**t keeps happening the older you get. I feel hotter every year ❤️‍🔥

I’ll be dreaming about this day along the southern English coast for a long long time 🌾🕊️

It was my last day of 30 days of traveling Europe and the UK, and I really just felt like walking 9 miles along the cliffs. I took the earliest train I could catch through the English countryside and got blessed with the best weather I had seen the whole month of February. By this point I was a little burnt out from traveling and almost didn’t take my camera, but I knew I would regret it if I didn’t.

The beginning of the walk felt like a dream, swans and ducks and birds chirping everywhere. I noticed lots of people taking their dogs on their morning walks and everyone was so kind to let me say hello and give pets. (I was REALLY missing Sadie at this point 🥲)When I made it to the beach I immediately noticed shells everywhere, so I took a little shelling break and even found my first fossil and hag stone! I met the sweetest local family and their pack and thought to myself how happy everyone was here. Seven Sisters is famous for its 7 cliffs you hike along, going up and down rolling hills. Each sister you make it past gives you the next breathtaking view and unique perspective. I don’t know what got into me this day, I’ve never considered myself a landscape photographer and always joke I need a subject to help with framing. But I felt so inspired by the views, all the traveling I had done over the course of the past month, and found these shots just framing themselves as I passed by. These are truly the most candid photos I have ever taken haha. And I love them so much.

I made it past all Seven Sisters and found myself on a private beach for I don’t know how long. It was so nice to just let my mind drift and lose track of time. I’ll hold onto this day forever as a reminder that I can always try new things just because I feel like it, and there’s always new inspiration to be found.

Missing this city and the amazing people I met.. I spent a day exploring the royal palace grounds in Caserta and kept running into these two. I’m so happy they agreed to let me take some impromptu pics of them 🥰 Nancy is from Italy and Santiago is from Columbia. They met in England and love traveling together.

My 30th birthday is coming up and I’m trying to decide where to go 😅 I’m feeling overwhelmed with options. If you could travel anywhere right now where would you pick?
