HELD IN LIGHT

Live gently upon this earth
Keep your heart open
to the tiny moments of bliss
Feel the joyful caress of
the first rays of sunlight
quietly fall upon soft edges
Still the noise and listen
to the blissful birdsongs
that twirl the heart.
Inhale deeply.
Release.

Soliloquy

To sit in the unknowing
To breathe into the end and beginning
To bury the ashes yet rise from the flame
To sit in the silence in the in between,
The almost and the not yet
Wrapped in gentle Divine light
of soft pink morning haze melting
Into reverie blues
I am once more found…

The gentle caress of the sunlight upon soft edges
Eternal sunshine of the soul
A whispering breeze that tickles the spirit
Blissful birdsongs that twirl the heart
Joyful cricket chirps that awaken the mind….

May flowers and ocean energy…
our souls know the rhythm of the waves
And the healing that happens
When we return to the source.

Under the Flower Full Moon in Scorpio
A quiet softening of the soul.

A gentle release
A deep truth rising
A part of you,
once weighed down in pain,
begins to bloom.

Some transformations arrive softly,
A light through the darkness,
A delicate balance of both
holding you gently
While you become new again.
