Yall see I’m out here running and running has encouraged me to get my entire life together. From nutrition to hydration to the importance of rest and stretching, I wanted to learn everything there is to know about health and longevity for the long haul. Not just for endurance sports, but for life in general.

Honestly, I’ve been shooting OCF for so long that I can’t help but document life this way. Because yeah, my life does deserve a little extra razzle dazzle and perfect lighting. It not about the gear, it’s about the ritual of making art out of a Tuesday night dinner.
Messy tables, high contrast, and the people that you’ll cherish forever. In my opinion, memories should always feel this intentional.
