I had *the sweetest* time photographing the cutest family of six out in the cotton fields today 🤍✨ The kids were full of energy, the light was perfect, and the whole session felt like a mix of laughter, tiny adventures, and those in-between moments that make photos feel alive.

Pretty rare for a “UFO sighting” in San Diego to be anything other than a plane in a fog bank or an errant drone. Wednesday was the exception: SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket launched from the Vandenberg Space Force Base, just north of Santa Barbara, and the trail of light was visible all the way down in San Diego.
 
The rocket carried 15 Starlink satellites into low-Earth orbit. (Starlink’s building a massive web of broadband satellites across the globe, which will bring low-cost internet access to remote areas.)
