Imagery that evokes emotion…that’s always my intention. And it doesn’t happen by accident. It’s a beautiful thing that unfolds by connecting deeply with you from our very first interactions…our introductory emails, our first call, and every time we meet in person leading up to your big day. It’s a romantic dance between curiosity and storytelling.
Maggie and Stevie and I had the sweetest connection from day one, and it made the entire experience that much more memorable. In fact, I got to fly up to SF in January to romp around the city together and capture their engagement photos in a few meaningful areas around town. Then I was brought into their special welcome celebration here in Carlsbad, which happened to be held at one of my favorite restaurants the evening before their wedding. That night is when we snuck away to capture these photos.
Deep connection does not emerge without intention. There’s nothing passive about it, and that’s how I treat every aspect of this artistry I get to call my living.
