I don’t know what it is about art museums, but they make you slow down. You start noticing everything. Where the light hits, how people stand a little closer, how quiet can actually feel full.
We didn’t go far, just wandered through an art museum here in San Antonio. No elaborate setup, no fancy lighting. Just them, in black and white, in a space that already felt still and full of meaning. And I just got to follow along, catching the way they looked at each other in between the exhibits.

This is what I love about photographing couples — not just the big wedding days (though I’m here for those too), but the slower, quieter in-betweens. The kind of moments that feel like you when you look back on them. The kind that aren’t about the pose, they’re about the feeling.

Just reminiscing on warm days in AZ because I'm freezing in Texas right now 🥶
For those who don't know, Shaq and I dated long distance (TX-AZ) for 9 months before we moved in together in San Antonio.
We would take turns visiting each other every month for a week & we would literally have a date night planned every single night to squeeze all our monthly date nights in one week.
This was a morning hike date Shaq planned before we got an amazing breakfast. I will never forget that freshly squeezed lemonade with honey 🍯
