Senior Sunday ✨

Analise’s St. Mary’s Hall session was on one of those very hot San Antonio days 😅 — but the golden light was gorgeous, she looked incredible, and we still created so much variety with her two outfits. Thank you Analise for trusting me, I loved working with you and your momma!🩷🩷

One thing I always recommend for senior sessions: choose looks that give you contrast.

A few easy wardrobe tips:
• Bring at least one casual look and one dressier look — it instantly gives your gallery more variety.
• Choose outfits you actually feel good in. If you’re constantly adjusting it or don’t feel like yourself, it will show.
• Think about movement and posing. A fun, flowy dress gives us an easy way to play and dance and is a wonderful posing tool, whereas a casual outfit allows us to get down on the ground, or run around differently than we can do with a dress, offering even more variety to pull out of my posing tool box.

And on days when Texas weather decides to be Texas weather 😂, having a professional hair + makeup artist onsite is such a game changer. She can keep everything looking fresh from beginning to end, even through heat, wind and outfit changes.

Class of 2027 — fall sessions are booking now and I have spots open in my calendar for end of September, October and November as of today. 🤍

There’s something about senior portraits in an open field with that soft, pretty light that just feels timeless. 🤍

Mariana’s session was one of those evenings where everything felt easy — beautiful light, relaxed moments, and portraits that still feel completely like her.

Senior year moves so quickly, and I love that these sessions get to freeze just a little piece of who they are in this exact season of life.

Class of 2027 — fall senior sessions are booking now.

Senior boys deserve the experience too.

A sleek black suit. A classic cowboy look. Clean white tee, jeans + sneakers. Three completely different sides of him — all equally him.

And honestly, moms of boys know… we usually have a camera roll full of goofy faces, group shots and blurry candids. Having a collection of really great photos of your son just hits differently. 🤍

Never underestimate the fashion-forward senior guy who’s ready to show up and own the experience.

TMI SENIORS, LOCK IN. 📣 Senior Sunday is for YOU.

Those fall yearbook deadlines are coming up quickly, and if senior portraits are still sitting somewhere on the “we have plenty of time” list…consider this your reminder that it’s time to move them up. 😉

I’ve had the privilege of photographing so many TMI seniors throughout the years, and I LOVE creating sessions that incorporate both sides of this season—the tradition and significance of that TMI uniform and the personality of who you are outside of it.

So, Class of 2027, here are 3 things I want you to know before booking your senior portraits:

1. Book the date NOW—even if you want to shoot later.
You don’t have to be completely ready to get on my calendar. If you’re dreaming of an October or November session, we can reserve your date now and work out locations, outfits and all the fun details as we get closer.

2. Bring the uniform AND bring you.
We’ll absolutely capture those timeless uniform portraits that mark this chapter of your TMI experience—but then let’s switch it up. Different outfit. Different location. Different energy. Your senior portraits can honor the tradition and show who you are right now.

3. Don’t underestimate how quickly that yearbook deadline arrives.
Private-school timelines can come EARLY. Once school starts, calendars fill with sports, activities, college applications, homecoming and everything else senior year brings. Getting your session planned now means one very important thing is already handled. ✔️

And after photographing TMI seniors for years, I know the drill. We can create the images you need and the ones you’re going to love.

Class of 2027, my calendar is OPEN. 🤍

TMI families—message me now to get your senior on the calendar, even if you’re planning for mid-to-late fall.

I keep thinking… why should your senior pictures only be about you when some of the best parts of senior year are the people you’re doing it with? 🤍

This is the ✨Collective Experience.✨

Come with your friends. Bring your own built-in hype squad. Laugh too hard. Meet up at the salon to get professional hair and makeup done. Dance in the street. Fix each other’s hair. Hype each other up.

And still walk away with senior portraits that are completely, individually YOU.

Each Collective session includes time for both:

✨ Individual senior portraits
✨ Photos together with your friends
✨ Multiple looks + locations
✨ A whole lot more fun than standing around waiting for your turn 😉

You get your own senior experience — you just get to experience it alongside the people who made these years what they were.

And because you’re sharing the experience together, the investment per senior is lower than booking individual sessions separately.

Class of 2027 — Collective Sessions are officially booking for fall.

Grab your best friends and send me a message with COLLECTIVE and I’ll send you all the details. 🤍

Your senior pictures don’t have to look like everyone else’s. ✨

Choosing a location can feel like one of the hardest parts of planning your session—but it really doesn’t have to be.

Instead of starting with “Where should I take my senior pictures?” I like to start with:

What feels like YOU?

What are you into?
Where do you feel most comfortable?
What gets you excited?
What kind of place makes you think, yep…this is me.

Maybe that’s an open field with gorgeous golden light—and trust me, I will NEVER get tired of that. 😍

But it could also be a colorful record shop. A bookstore. A coffee shop. A laundromat. A skate park. A downtown street we happen to walk past and realize has ridiculously good light.

It doesn’t have to be somewhere you’ve seen in someone else’s senior pictures before.

Sometimes the unexpected locations make the BEST photographs.

And you don’t have to figure all of this out by yourself. When you book, we’ll talk through your style, interests, outfits and the overall feel you want for your session, and I’ll help bring the pieces together.

With my Luxe Experience, we can even change things up completely with two locations and multiple looks—so you don’t necessarily have to choose between something fun and colorful or something classic and timeless.

You can have both.

Your senior portraits should feel like you—not like you’re checking off a list of places senior pictures are “supposed” to happen.

Class of 2027, let’s start dreaming yours up. ❤️ My calendar is open now.

Camille ❤️ After all these years photographing seniors and college grads, this was my first Trinity University grad—and it was worth the wait!!

This campus is absolutely beautiful, with so many pockets of gorgeous light, incredible architecture, and fun traditions to incorporate into a grad session.

And Camille absolutely showed UP. 🎓✨

So while we’re here, a few things I always tell my college grads when planning their session:

Choose 2–3 places on campus that actually mean something to you.
Yes, we want the iconic university shots—but think about your college experience, too. The building where you spent half your life. Your favorite hangout. The spot you walked past every morning. The places that will instantly take you back to these years.

Book before you have your cap + gown.
You may not receive them until a few weeks before graduation, but that doesn’t mean you should wait until then to get on my calendar! Graduation season fills quickly, especially those last few golden-hour dates before commencement.

And one of my FAVORITE college-grad tips:

Use your grad session to get your first set of professional headshots.

Bring one polished, professional outfit and we’ll spend part of your session creating images you can actually use as you step into your career—LinkedIn, online résumés, professional profiles, applications, your new company bio…whatever comes next.

Then change into the fun outfit, throw on the cap + gown, pop the champagne and CELEBRATE because YOU DID THE THING. 🥂🎓

Your college grad session can be both a celebration of everything you’ve accomplished and the beginning of whatever comes next.

Congratulations, Camille! ❤️ Photographing you was a joy. I’m so excited for you and your next chapter!

2027 grads: it is absolutely NOT too early to start thinking about your session. Save this for later—or send it to the grad who needs to start planning.

If I could convince every client to invest in ONE thing when it comes to their portraits, this would be it. 🤍

Not because you aren’t capable of doing your own hair and makeup.

Not because you need to look “more glamorous.”

But because having a professional artist stay with us during your session completely changes the experience.

They’re fixing the little things you don’t even notice:

✨ Flyaway hairs
✨ Lipstick after laughing and talking
✨ Shine from the Texas heat
✨ Wind-blown curls
✨ Clothing details before I click the shutter

While I’m focused on creating beautiful light, authentic moments, and guiding you through your session, they’re making sure you continue looking your absolute best from the first photo to the last.

The result?

You stay relaxed.

You don’t have to wonder if your hair has fallen flat or if your makeup has melted.

You simply get to be present.

And that confidence shows up in every single photograph.

It’s one of those investments people never regret making. My team is the best. We got you!
