So what is happening with me?

Sadly, I am having to leave the Black Hills and head South. Is it sadly?? Right now, I am looking forward to the warm weather and sunshine! Now if you find yourself in or around San Antonio, Texas, you HAVE give me a call and we can meet up at I'm sure a favorite coffee shop of mine. 😉 You know me and needing coffee!

I have also started a passion project on nutrition, environmental impacts, and physical activity on the body. You probably already knew I have a passion for food and
exercise/sports. They are a huge part of my life and I want to learn more. SOO, you will be seeing more IG Live/Stories from me on what I have been learning. Everyone can benefit from enjoying life more!
