Seasons move so quickly.
One moment it’s an engagement session under the arches of Rice University with soft light, and easy conversation.
The next, it’s almost May.
Soon they will have a room filled with people who have known them for years. A beginning that changes everything that comes after.
What I love most isn’t just the setting, although it’s beautiful.
It’s creating space for what’s to come.
The honesty, and the connection they feel when being gently guided.
These photographs won’t just live on a screen.
They’ll live in albums.
In homes.
In the hands of children who weren’t here yet.
That’s always the point. 🤍
