How to prepare for a successful session:
From a child's perspective, Santa can be a very scary guy. He's big, wears a ridiculous outfit and magically knows if you've been naughty or nice all year. The best way to help them get over that fear is to get them excited about meeting the big old jolly man. Watch Christmas movies, read them Christmas stories and tell them all the presents Santa gave you as a child. Build the hype so your child can greet Santa with confidence. Make sure your children have slept well and are not hungry. Avoid sugary snacks before the session. They will have plain sugar cookies and milk with Santa. Before the session, be cheerful and whimsical. Laugh and be sure you are having fun. This allows the child to feel safe and secure following your lead. Feel free to bring a letter to give Santa. You are welcome to bring a wrapped gift for Santa to give your children. Please give us the gift before your child walks into the studio. Allow Angela and Santa to guide the session. We do not want the children looking at the camera and smiling. This is theater where your children are actors. You will be amazed at how they will follow our lead when they just think it is a playdate with Santa.
I will text you the day before your session to confirm your timeslots. Enjoy the magical experience!
