✨ Brooks & Co. is growing our team!

We’re looking for a part-time Social Media + Content Strategist who loves the strategy behind great content.

Someone who can dig into analytics, spot trends, identify what’s working (and what’s not), and help us figure out what our clients actually need, from social content to brand sessions + website imagery.

This is a 1099 contractor position starting at approximately 5–6 hours/week, with room to grow as our content offerings grow.

📍 Downtown San Antonio
💰 Pay based on skills + experience

Summer break is officially OVER and whew…it was a doozy. 😂

I worked more than I normally do during the summer, juggled work + kids + life + approximately 847 other things, and somehow…we made it.

Now all of my kids are back in school, I’m settling back into a routine, and I’m SO excited for this next season of Brooks & Co. ✨

More time to create, more projects, more sessions, more ideas we’ve been wanting to bring to life, and I can’t wait to see what the rest of this year brings. ✨

Here’s to slightly less chaos and a whole lot more creating. 🤞🏼

Late spring we got to shoot the Frenchie Coffee Roasters | Cibolo TX Coffee summer menu and had wayyyy too much fun! ✨ (Stay until the end to see Armando • Lifestyle Content Creator toe touch 😜)

Their summer menu goes into September, so be sure to swing by and try it before their fall menu hits. Which, P.S. - we get to shoot too! 😋

One of my favorite monthly shoots is for Desert Oak Apothecary. 🌿

Every month, fresh herbs and florals arrive from farmers across the U.S. and make their way into our studio. Sometimes they’re shipped from one of the farms she partners with, and sometimes she picks them herself on the way to the studio. This month, it was a freshly harvested wild lettuce stem.

One of the things I love most about working with her is that these aren’t just styled props. While many apothecary brands work with dried herbs and botanicals, Desert Oak Apothecary creates its products using fresh herbs and florals whenever possible.

Each month, she brings a small selection of that fresh harvest for us to photograph while the rest is used in her production process. Getting to capture the ingredients at their peak is such a unique part of telling her brand’s story.

After more than a year of working together, we’ve found a rhythm that lets us document each harvest while it’s fresh.

It’s one of those clients that constantly reminds me that every brand has a story worth documenting. ✨
