I love capturing amazing Women. This woman was no exception. We had never meet before this session, she was shy and nervous at first but she stepped out of her comfort zone and did the damn thing!!! Let me introduce you to Alma! She is an amazing woman, mom , wife, and Yoga Instructor & such a beautiful soul!!

Going through some old images I took last year that I haven't looked at in months....

Hey I know there hasn't been as much activity in here as there should be, however, it will start ramping up in the next few weeks!! Me being an 80's baby trying to keep up with the ever changing trends on social media became a daunting task that I just wasn't prepared for. After some reflection and motivation from my daughter, I am excited to get back on here and take this page to the next level!! Thanks again to every one still here!! I look forward to sharing some great photos, getting to know each n every one of you, & motivating each other. Let's keep this group live, uplifting, and inspiring! Hey everyone!! First and foremost I want to say Happy New Year! We are about to be in the year of the Rabbit (Jan 22 is when it starts for anyone curious)! A quick google search and i found this info "According to Chinese Astrology, the rabbit symbolizes patience and luck. 2023 will bring qualities that may have been lacking in the previous year, such as peace and success."
I hope you all have had a great start to the new year however, remember that each day is don't be too hard on yourself if things aren't going your way. Get up brush off & put your best foot forward each day (no matter what that looks like for u... could mean just getting out of bed and brushing your teeth today). Each day is a different day, different vibe, therefore you can literally start over everyday if you need to. Pick up your head and take a step forward as much as you possibly can. Blessings, Peace, Love, Joy, and Health be with you all. Ase!

Saw this amazing video and it just touched my soul! Just because you do what you love doesn't mean you're happy. Trying to do what you love for others and being yourself and loving what you do are 2 completely different things!!! Know when you have shifted to the latter and do what you have to do to LOVE WHAT YOU DO BECAUSE YOU ARE DOING IT FOR YOU!!
