If you’re family or you’ve been my friend awhile you know that I am sentimental. And I’m trying to write a little more so if you choose to read great. If not, enjoy these beautiful photos that took of my family. And happy Mother’s Day Queens!!!! ✨
I hate to be cliché but being a mom is cliché. “It goes by so fast.” “Be present.” “Don’t sweat the little stuff.” “Don’t blink.” Well it’s all true. So I’m taking the advice to heart. And I just want to encourage you to do the same. I’m so blessed to be a mommy. I have learned more about myself since being Kano’s mom than I have in the 32 years of my life. Motherhood teaches you about yourself in ways that are scary, you look your vulnerabilities right in the face. It makes you realize where you have room for improvement and babyyyyyyyy… if you aren’t ready to see it, it wont be easy. But coming out of darkness is a skill because life is full of darkness and we have to come out of it every single day! Facing your own darkness is not easy. So shout out to all of the momma’s out there figuring it out, finding yourself, and refining so that you can show up every day as someone you’re proud of for you, for your kids, and for your family. 🫶🏼
Happy Mother’s Day to all of the mamacita’s that I am so lucky to know. May we continue to rise up, to rest, to inspire, to create change, and raise generations that will create positive influence in the world. 💞🤩 THAT is the power we bring.
