📢 Business Policy Update 📢
To help keep things running smoothly and fairly for everyone, I am updating my booking and custom order policies.
✨ Custom Orders & DTF Printing • 50% of the total is due upfront before any work begins. • This includes custom shirts, DTF prints, tumblers, and other personalized items.
📸 Photography Sessions • A $25 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. • The deposit will be applied toward your session balance.
⚠️ Please Note • If materials have been purchased, designs have been created, or products have already been made, deposits and payments made are nonrefundable if you choose to cancel or back out of the order. • Custom items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
