Anyone need dinner inspiration? This is one of our favorites! Fun story - this meal was created because it was all I had left in my fridge before my next paycheck in college. I was definitely broke, but this salad was a win and is still around! 😅 ☀️ Enjoy!

What are your feelings about Lemon Bars? I feel like they are pretty polarizing, you either love them or you hate them. If you had to rate them from 1-10 what would you go with?
