Looking for a new roommate! Room is available January 1st! Looking for a lovely down to earth, even-keeled, house mate. LGBTQ+ Friendly Room for Rent in Rose Park! Available as early as January 1st. The room is pictured in the middle slides (3-4, 7)pictures to give you an idea of size (furniture not included), first few pictures are of the shared spaces in the house.

Looking for clean professionals who are tidy, clean up after themselves and their guests, are down-to-earth, and are LGBTQ+ friendly.

ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED.

We own and live in the home and have one other roommate, so you would have 3 total roommates in the house. We’ve got one dog and two cats, and a huge fully fenced in yard.

We’re all pretty outdoorsy, we love to camp, hike, ski, kayak, etc. We love a good backyard BBQ hang in the summer and are gone most weekends in the winter to head up to the slopes.

We’ve got a long driveway with lots of street parking. Two big shared spaces for entertaining, and a pretty spacious kitchen.
