Its been a while 🤍
I’ve been quiet on here the past year and a half—not because I stopped shooting, but because I needed to step back. I wanted to be more present with the families I photograph and in my own life, and less focused on keeping up with social media.
But these moments matter too much not to share. So I’m easing my way back in, starting with the most special newborn session.
Sweet Ada 🤍
This session felt special from the moment I walked in. Her nursery was thoughtfully decorated with beautiful heirlooms from the women who came before her. The pointe shoes hanging on the wall were her grandma’s from when she was a little girl, along with ballet notes she kept from teaching dance in the 1940s. The sweater and blankets Ada is wrapped in were hand knit by her great-grandmother. This baby girl is so loved.
These sessions are why I never stopped shooting, even when I wasn’t sharing it here. I’m really happy to be back 🤍 I love you all so much! Thank you for being here and always supporting me!
